Youth "Boot Camp"

Ages 10 to 17

Through a creative thought-provoking process and exercise analogies kids will discover the value of internal discipline and how their own unique abilities lead to the discovery of who they are and the significant contribution they will make in the world as adults.

It was really fun. I learned how to push past what I thought was my limit. I learned a lot!

While I was training with Mr. Paul it felt good. We did arm workouts, running, burpees/Hallelujahs, pushups and other stuff I can't remember. He taught me to have goals and that even if nobody is around to push me God always is.

I found out that I could do more pushups than I thought I could. The training was fun, and we did lots of running that was actually perfect for me.
