A Unique 10 Phase “Boot Camp”
Paul Granda and his “Boot Camp” is exactly that bridge for you to cross into understanding your full potential.
Phase 1
Discovering Who You Are
Understanding who we are can deliver us from the monotony of life and the exhausting daily grind that leaves us feeling hopeless working towards nothing and arriving nowhere.
Finding a new focus and diligently seeking to discover who you were created to be will give you that extra push towards that future you are destined to live.
Finding the “Core” of who you are will help you understand your natural gifts, talents, and abilities as they relate to your life’s purpose.
Phase 2
Finding Your Lane
In this event you get the opportunity to run a 40 yard dash, record your time, and reflect on the importance of starting strong!
Here you will discover your passion, the purpose for chasing a goal, and the innate ability to discern the correct lane to run your life in. Broad is the road that leads to failure and narrow is the road to success.
The greatest lesson here is in the ability to persevere amid insurmountable odds and the tenacious attitude required to continue running until you have finished your race.
Phase 3
The Road Less Traveled
Understanding the potential and purpose for your life. This event consist of a trail hike to a historical site where some of the worlds richest deposit lay.
We learn how the significance of our gifts, talents, and skills contribute to to the world and the legacy we leave behind.
Legacy is not what one acquires, but what one creates. Our legacy is a gift that encourages the next generation to identify and work towards realizing their own potential. Legacy takes on immortality and the consequences of what we do now will outlive us long after were gone.
Phase 4
The Vision Quest
This event teaches the difference between independence and interdependence. Aspirants will learn about the necessity of teamwork, hard work, and the importance of having clear vision.
This assessment gives you a heightened awareness of who you are and how to lead using your individual Character Strengths.
Strengthening “core” of who you are is vital to becoming the person you were born to be.
Phase 5
The Higher Calling
The desire to reach the pinnacle for something of great value. There is no greater value than the discovery of the plans for your life and the ability to see the vision of where your are headed.
The importance of seeing of seeing your personal vision with clarity will be paramount to transition from where you are now to where you will be in the future.
An Ascension to a purpose carved in stone. Here we learn the importance of having the vision written down and how we descend back down into the valley of hard work.
Phase 6
The Faith Factor
Here you will come face-to-face with the one thing that holds many people back from living their purpose – Fear. Embracing fear is key to get over the edge of self-doubt and insecurity.
Stepping out in faith and trusting the ropes that tie you to God and the destiny for your life will crush fear. With each step you take a new profound confidence will rise in your heart as you walk down the road less traveled.
Faith is manifested through hard work.
Phase 7
Hitting The Mark
This is where you acquire your target – the objective to be reached. You must learn how much effort, training, and resilience is needed to “hit” the mark and achieve your objective.
This lesson will help you find your focus and stay on course amid competing targets of attention.
Understanding your natural abilities to capitalize on your strengths, improve your weaknesses, and targeting mentors.
Phase 8
On The Road To Destiny
Failing to plan is planning to fail. Additionally, if the plan does not work change the plan never the goal.
You must have a map, a compass, and the patience to stay on track one step at a time regardless of the circumstances encountered. When preparation meets opportunity success is inevitable.
Phase 9
Fighting Forward
Hope is earned and here you will learn how the passion of your purpose will sustain you amid your greatest challenges.
Having character and courage to fight forward tenaciously regardless of the obstacles because your future is worth it.
By the end of this event you will understand who you are, what your purpose is, what you’re made of, and how your place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who know neither victory nor defeat.

Phase 10
On The Road Again
Here we reflect on how your life is more than a job it is a calling. Living your life now on purpose to serve humanity uniquely as you were meant to.
You have gone through the tribulations, your perseverance to never quit has developed a new found confidence and character that prepared you to stick to your future day in and day out not just for the week, not just for the month, but for years ahead.
This long journey ahead will not be the easiest, but you now have the fortitude to succeed as you have found your future and that narrow path you were born to travel.

What man in his right mind joins the United States Army at age 40 in pursuit of a career in Special Forces, rides his bicycle across the United States in 27 days from San Diego, California to Jacksonville, Florida, and in a single day climbs to the peak of Mount Whitney (14,505 feet) the tallest mountain in the continental United States? Paul does, because of his tenacious drive to seek God and believe that all things are possible he pursues life by stepping out in faith and taking calculated risk.
