Their Words Say It All!

I had the pleasure to go through Phase 1 of Paul's program in Poznan, Poland. When w e started working out I got hyper focused, because I didn't know what was coming next or how long each exercise would take. This forced me to reflect internally and face the person I am and who I was meant to be. I realized this type of program wouldn't be nearly as effective if done in an office or couch setting. If you are comfortable your mind has the time to construct lame excuses, put up fake walls, and defend itself from discovering who you truly are. In Paul's program you have to really think about the questions being asked because the alternative is more physical punishment. That is something I really loved. During Phase 1, I had a few breakthroughs! First of all, I became aware of my internal self-talk. I kept saying that "if" I do something then "x-y-z" will happen. I was giving myself a way out by saying "if." During a run after Paul told me to change that word to "when" I felt an internal shift. That shift made me see my WHY behind studying marketing, and WHY I wanted to help people. The next breakthrough came when I realized that the only person holding me back was myself and my lack of belief in my own ability to do it. During the workout, I realized that I was more than capable of achieving my goals and how my limitations were self imposed. The final breakthrough had to do with me not believing I was smart enough, because I lack the formal education in the field of marketing and business. Paul helped me discover that through the diligence of studying over 200 books on business related topics that I am self educated and have a wealth of knowledge inside me. I now believe that I am smart and capable of achieving my goals so long as I switch my self-talk to be more positive, direct, and geared toward overcoming obstacles. No longer do I have any issues understanding my potential and becoming the person I was meant to be. Thank you, Paul!

Paul Granda’s efforts improved my mindset in a very positive way. I learned that mentality is the most important thing when it comes to having the strength to get through something. In the beginning, I was depending solely on my physical ability but now I have a new perspective.

I saw a difference from the beginning to the end of the season in my mentality. I felt I grew mentally tougher and was stronger on the field solely because of Paul’s efforts. Additionally, with all the fitness we endured, I felt I was able to finish the runs even when I felt like I couldn’t take another step. I credit my improvements greatly to Paul Granda’s mind tactics and motivation.
